FIRST DAY WENT LIKE THE WIND

"In the morning, waking up not in the most inspiring mood possible, I went to breakfast. I saw only strangers around me, as confused as I was, and some more. A few hours later, I couldn't proudly say that I know them well, but I would certainly like to. Everyone is so different, exciting, like I'm a kid opening Christmas presents. Every time I tried to delude myself that they couldn't surprise me, they took advantage of my weakness and made me wonder. And even when the environment was trying to stop us (lack of electricity, some acts of shyness, cold weather), in fact, another opportunity for rapprochement was opening up."

- Momchil Draganov, a participant from "ObzorArt"

On April 11th, the project "Improving my leadership skills", co-financed by the Erasmus + program in the village of Shipkovo, brought together young people from five Balkan countries - Bulgaria, Northern Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine and Romania. The morning was spent getting to know and get to know the participants, laying the foundations for potential great friendships from the future, starting the formation of a community of individuals ambitious to make the next seven days memorable. What followed in the afternoon was a successful attempt to bring the group even closer. Certainly the first day can be defined as a promising start to an intriguing week.
